"I don’t know, it was just kind of…"
I don’t know, it was just kind of meh. I reached out, waited around, checked back later… still nothing for a while. When they finally replied, it wasn’t terrible or anything, just not very helpful. The whole thing felt slower than it needed to be.

I ordered a few sets and everything showed up just like I picked online. The colors were right, nothing was missing, and it was all packed well enough. It was a straightforward order, but they handled it properly, if that makes sense. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Way easier than I expected"
I was surprised by how easy these were to put on. I’m usually bad at doing my own nails, mostly because I get impatient and always find some excuse to rush through it, but these went on fast and actually looked really clean. No mess, no confusing steps, and they stayed on well too. I’ll definitely order them again.

I appreciated that the business info was easy to find and didn’t feel hidden. I’m usually careful before getting involved with any opportunity, so I liked that the basics were laid out upfront. A few areas could still use more detail, but overall it felt transparent enough for me to keep looking into it without feeling pressured

I’ve ordered from redaspenlove.com a few times now, the best part is that the things I’m looking for are usually actually in stock. Which sounds basic, but it’s not always the case with other sites. I hate clicking around, getting excited, and then seeing sold out. Anyway, checkout was simple too, no weird hassle or anything. I’ll probably keep ordering from them because it’s just been easy so far.

My order arrived packaged so nicely, and everything was in perfect condition. The box was really cute too, and you could tell they put some thought into it. It’s a simple little detail, but it made opening it feel so much more fun!

I signed up as a Red Aspen brand ambassador and the nails are really cute. Shipping was usually fine for me, the site was easy enough to use, and a few of my friends did end up liking the sets I showed them.
That said, the selling side was harder than I thought it would be. It takes a lot of posting and keeping up with things, and support felt a little hit or miss sometimes. Not a bad experience overall, just not quite as simple as it sounded at the start

"Showed up faster than expected"
I ordered from redaspenlove.com and honestly... I was kind of surprised by how fast it arrived. The tracking updated normally, which was nice, and then my package actually showed up earlier than I thought it would. No shipping issues at all. Happy with the experience...

I mean, I wasn’t totally sure at first since it wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but the prices felt fair for what I got. The quality ended up being better than I expected, so I’d say it was worth it.

I was a little nervous about removing it, but it wasn’t bad. I had to soak it for a bit and kind of take my time, but it came off without totally wrecking my nails. Would’ve been nice if it was quicker, but overall it did what it was supposed to. 4 stars.

"Cute, but I had to be careful with my skin"
The order arrived without any issues and everything looked really pretty. I wanted to like it, but after using it my skin started feeling itchy, so I stopped right away just to be safe. It could totally just be me since my skin is sensitive, but I’d definitely patch test first if you’re the same way. Not a bad product, just something I’m being cautious with.

I appreciate that Red Aspen makes the ingredient info easy to find. I’m the kind of person who likes to know what I’m putting on my face, i think brands have a responsibility to make that stuff clear without making customers dig for it.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few of the ingredient notes could be explained in more everyday language. Still, compared to a lot of beauty sites I’ve used, it feels more transparent, and that goes a long way with me

I really liked how many designs they got, like simple ones and also the more fun kinda stuff. It took me a while to choose cause there’s a lot. I do wish the filtering was a bit easier to use, but overall it was a good experience
